Our smallest available units are 5x5 lockers. Their width, length and height are 5x5x4.

We offer an option to pay one year (12 months) in advance to receive the 13th month free.

Our entire facility is climate-controlled.

Our office staff is available over the phone Monday through Friday from 9am to 5pm. Tenant access hours are 7 days a week from 7:30am to 7:30pm.

Reservations can be made on our website or over the phone with staff.

Please provide 30 days notice to evict. If vacating from the first through the fifth of the month, you are only required to pay for the total number of days occupied. If you vacate anytime from the sixth and one, you are responsible for the full month of rent.

All renters are required to sign up for our Tenant Protection plan.

Building access is controlled using access controlled keypads with a unique code for each tenant. Keys are provided for purchase at time of rental. Staff does not retain a copy of your unit key.

Regular and existing customers can get 50% off their first two full months rent.
Existing tenants can get 50% off their next month for referring friends or family.
